Associate: Jim Sullivan

Jim is a graduate of DIT Bolton Street and Trinity College Dublin and built up extensive experience prior to joining RKD in 1995. This work has included responsibility as Project Manager for a number of one-off house designs, restaurants and hotels in Dublin.

Upon joining RKD Jim became involved with a range of industrial, office, education, leisure and residential projects. Recent projects completed include the 110-bedroom and conference refurbishment of the Mount Herbert Hotel in Dublin as well as the Midway Development on the Dublin-to-Cork interchange, which contains a hotel, leisure centre and food court for Choice Hotels.

Jim is currently working on three medical centres for the Centric Health Group in Dublin and a 350-bedroom hotel in Dublin City Centre. He has also been involved in projects for Hewlett Packard in Kildare, Nypro in Waterford and the Airside Business Park in Dublin. All projects have included involvement in all aspects of building procurement from design stage to completion, with an emphasis on Project Management and time/cost control.

Jim was appointed as an Associate Director of RKD Architects in January 2006.
